Procedure for configuring drift detection for sensor 1:
T09-TMT162FF-05-xx-xx-xx-003
Fig. 1: Drift detection
–A = 'Undershooting' mode
–B = 'Overshooting' mode
–D = Drift
– L+, L- = Upper (+) or lower (-) limit value
–t = Time
– x = Error (failure) or need for maintenance (warning), depending on the setting
Write protection
Hardware write protection for the device parameters is enabled and disabled by means of a DIP
switch on the rear of the optional display.
The Hardware write protection (Page 62) parameter shows the status of the hardware write
protection. The following statuses are possible:
1 Hardware write protection enabled, device data cannot be overwritten
0 Hardware write protection disabled, device data can be overwritten
!
Note!
No software write protection is available to prevent all parameters being written acyclically.
n: Number of the Transducer Block (1-2) or the sensor input (1 or 2)
1. Start
2. Select Type of measurement "PV =ABS(SV1-SV|) if PV < sensor drift detection limit value" or "PV =ABS(SV1-
SV2) if PV > sensor drift detection limit value"
3. Set sensor drift detection limit value 1 to the desired value.
4. Where necessary, set the sensor drift detection to "Warning" or "Failure"
5. End
