- Lavare la barra falciante con getto
d'acqua in pressione, mantenendo
sempre la distanza di sicurezza dall’at-
trezzatura;
- Spegnere il trattore, disinserire la presa di
forza ed estrarre la chiave di avviamento dal
cruscotto;
- Verificare lo stato delle lame di taglio;
- Quando la barra falciante è asciutta, oliare
con olio molto viscoso le lame di taglio;
- Mettere in funzione la barra falciante, per
alcuni secondi, e verificare che persone o
animali non siano nelle vicinanze;
- Spegnere il trattore, disinserire la presa di
forza ed estrarre la chiave di avviamento dal
cruscotto;
- Inserire la protezione alle lame di taglio e alla
scarpa esterna.
 Corretto accoppiamento asta porta denti e
guidalama
Dopo molte ore di attività lavorativa, si può
notare un possibile allentamento e/o un’usura di
uno o più guidalama:
 l’allentamento di un guidalama provoca un
suo allontanamento dall’asta porta denti
(fig.E1). Per ripristinare il corretto accoppia-
mento del guidalama basterà:
- allentare le rispettive viti di fissaggio;
- spingere il guidalama verso l’asta
portadenti (fig.E1a);
- stringere le viti di fissaggio.
 l’usura di materiale del guidalama aumenta
la tolleranza di accoppiamento con la barra
porta denti (fig.E2). Per ripristinare la
corretto tolleranza del guidalama basterà:
- allentare le rispettive viti di fissaggio (fig.
E2a);
- rimuovere uno o più spessori (fig.E2b);
- mettere il guidalama nella posizione
precedente e stringere le viti di fissaggio.
- Wash the mowing bar with a jet of
pressurized water, standing always the
safety distance from the equipment;
- Switch off the tractor, disengage the pto and
remove the ignition key from the dashboard;
- Check the condition of the cutters;
- When the mowing bar is dry, oil the
cutters with very viscous oil;
- Operate the mowing bar for a few seconds,
checking that there are no persons or
animals in the vicinity;
- Switch off the tractor, disengage the pto and
remove the ignition key from the dashboard;
- Fit the guards over the cutters and outer skid.
 Correct connection between the tooth-
holding bar and the blade guide
After many hours of work, loosening and/or wear
of one or more blade guide:
 the loosening of a blade guide causes its
removal from the tooth-holding bar (fig.E1).
To restore the correct connection of blade
guide will be enough:
- loosen the respective fixing screws;
- push the blade guide towards the tooth-
holding bar (fig.E1a);
- tighten fixing screws.
 the wear of material of blade guide increases
the coupling tolerance with the tooth-holding
bar (fig.E2). To restore the correct tolerance
will be enough:
- loosen the respective fixing screws (fig.
E2a);
- remove one or more shims (fig.E2b);
- put the blade guide in the previously
position and tighten fixing screws.
