Windows will automatically launch EPSON Scan Server and 
display the EPSON Scan Server dialog box or its icon on the 
Windows taskbar (if you have included the software in the Start 
up folder of Windows).
To manually start EPSON Scan Server, click Start and point 
to Programs, then EPSON Scan Server, and then select 
EPSON Scan Server.
Note:
❏ Make sure no other interface is used.
❏ To exit EPSON Scan Server, click Exit on the EPSON Scan 
Server dialog box. Make sure that no client is using the scanner 
before attempting to quit.
Starting EPSON TWAIN HS Network
1. From the client PC, start the TWAIN-compliant application you 
want to use, such as Microsoft Imaging for Windows.
Refer to the documentation included with the application to 
check if the application supports TWAIN.
2. From the TWAIN-compliant application's menu, select EPSON 
TWAIN HS Network as the TWAIN data source.
