V Removal procedure
1. Remove the screw (x1, ) for securing PG Lever Mounting Plate, and then
remove together PG Lever, PG Lever Mounting Plate and Torsion Spring
19.01 from Housing Lower.
2. Remove Waste Ink Tube along with Tube Clamp, Eject Ink Joint from the
channel of Housing Lower.
3. Remove 14 Waste Ink Pads from Housing Lower.

Eject Ink Joint
Align the positioning holes (x2) of PG Lever Mounting Plate with the
dowels (x2, ) of Housing Lower.
Set the leading page of Waste Ink Tube straight ahead as shown by
figure.
W ARNING
When installing Waste Ink Tube into Housing Lower, insert into
channel of Housing Lower and Eject Ink Joint, and firmly secure
Waste Ink Tube with Tube Clamp. Ink may leak if not properly
installed.
Properly set Waste Ink Pads into the ribs ( ) and the dowels ( )of
Housing Lower.
