The multidrop function only handles 64 kbit/s timeslots.
A 64 kbit/s timeslot is considered to be used by the RBS if any of its
sub-timeslots are configured in the IS or used for the CF link.
If, for example, ICP 7 is used in the IS configuration, the whole
timeslot 2 is considered to be used by the current RBS.
Figure 45 on page 225 shows a schematic example with two RBSs and
seven timeslots. The first RBS uses timeslots 2, 5 and 6 and the second
uses 1, 3 and 4.
