Performance Criteria A(K.21): The test object must withstand the test
without damage or other disturbances after
the test.
Performance Criteria B(K.21): A fire hazard should not arise in the test
object. Any damage or permanent
malfunction occurring should be confined
to a small number of external line
interface circuits.
