Environmental Capabilities
ETS 300 019-1-4 class 4.1 NON-WEATHER PROTECTED
Location
Additional requirements for mast mounted equipment are included.
Note: The temperature range is extended to +45
C.
This clause refers to the environment which an RBS for outdoor non-
weather protected location shall endure. The equipment must in all
situations fulfil legal requirements and not become hazardous to people.
The figures below refer to the environment that surrounds the cabinet
and the temperature is the shaded ambient air temperature.
Climatic conditions
The climatic conditions conform to
IEC 721-3-4 classes 4K2/4Z5/4Z7
ETS 300 019-1-4 class 4.1
In addition to this, Ericsson demands more rigorous values than stated
by IEC and ETSI above.
