Adjusting card thickness
The printer is equipped with a manual card thickness adjustment mechanism found at the base of the card feeder.
The printer accepts cards between 0.50 mm and 1 mm (20 to 40 mil) thick.
The factory setting handles cards between 0.76 mm and 1 mm thick.
To use cards 0.50 mm thick:
Remove the card feeder from the printer as shown
Remove the gauge from its housing and turn it over
Replace the gauge in the housing
Put the feeder back into the printer (door facing outwards), clicking it into position.
