GUIDANCE FOR CIRCULATING PUMP POWER CONNECTIONS
We recommend that all electric work on your EazyPod Automatic
be done by a suitably qualified electrician.
ALWAYS DISCONNECT FROM MAINS BEFORE OPENING THE FRONT OF THE BOX.
For the avoidance of doubt: GREEN/YELLOW = EARTH, BROWN = LIVE, BLUE - NEUTRAL
1. Take the 3 core cable from your circulating
pump and feed this through the first gland nut on
the base of the control box.
3. Push the exposed LIVE wire into the bottom of
the DARK BROWN connector block and tighten
up screw to secure the wire. (DO NOT FIT THIS
INTO THE FUSE CONNECTOR BLOCK)
5. Feed the exposed EARTH wire into the bottom
of the GREEN connector block and tighten up
screw to secure the wire. TAKE CARE not to
disconnect the mains cable Earth wire which is
shared with this connection point.
4. Feed the exposed NEUTRAL wire into the
bottom of the BLUE connector block and tighten
up screw to secure the wire. TAKE CARE not to
disconnect the mains cable Neutral wire which is
shared with this connection point.
6. Double check that the mains and pump wires
are connected and there are no loose wires.
Then tighten the gland nut up to hold the pump
cable in position.
2. Feed enough wire into the control box to allow
you to make the connections to the relevant
connector blocks.
ENSURE ALL GLAND NUTS ARE TIGHTENED TO PREVENT WATER INGRESS.
