5.Checkandadjusttheside-to-sidebladelevelifyou
havenotcheckedthesetting;refertoLeveling
theMower.
6.Settheheight-of-cutlevertothe3inch(76mm)
position.Placetwo21/2inch(6.35cm)thick
blocksundertherearedgeofthecuttingdeck
skirt;oneoneachsideofthecuttingdeck.Place
two25/16inch(5.89cm)blocksundereachside
ofthefrontedgeofthedeck,butnotunderthe
anti-scalprollerbrackets.
7.Loosenthelevelingadjustlockingnuts(item4)
onallfourcornerssothatthedeckissitting
securelyonallfourblocks.Makesurethatthe
deckhangersareallthewaydown(atthetopof
theslot)andthedeckliftfootleverispushedback
againstthestop,thentightenthefourleveling
adjustlockingnuts(Figure46).
