5.0 Power Measurement Procedures
5.1 1Φ2W (Single Phase - Two Wire) Measurement
1. Power the instrument ON by pressing the ‘Power’ key (item 3-7; Section 3 diagrams), and
then use the ‘1Φ 3Φ’ key (item 3-22) to select the 1Φ 2W system, the selected name of the
system will be shown on the bottom left side of the display (refer to Figure 5-1 below)
2. Connect the line voltage L1, Vn (Neutral) to V1 and N terminals of the
instrument.
3. Connect the Clamp (A1) to the conductor (A1)
4. Connect Clamp 1 (A1) to the A1 terminal of the instrument
5. The related measurement factors will appear on the display
6. Measurement definitions can be found in Section 5-15
