The rudder is effective down to 30 KIAS
3. Throttle - CLOSE / IDLE
4. Braking - Minimum required
4.9 GO-AROUND
Decide early in the approach if it is necessary to go around and
then start go-around before too low altitude and airspeed are
reached.
Proceed as follows:
1. RPM control - "HIGH RPM" / Full forward
2. Throttle - "OPEN" / Take-off power
3. Airspeed - Minimum 90 KIAS
rotate to go-around altitude
4.10 SHUTDOWN
1. Boost pump - "OFF"
2. Engine - Run for 1 min. at 1000 RPM
3. Dead cut check - Perform
4. Avionic master switch - "OFF" (if installed)
5. Mixture - "IDLE CUT OFF"
6. Ignition switch - "OFF"
7. Master switch - "OFF"
4.11 LEAVING THE AIRCRAFT
1. Canopy - Close and lock
2. Aircraft - Secure
3. Pitot cover - Attach
4. Log book - Complete
