  If you're not getting 4K/60 output on your display, try these steps: * Use a shorter HDMI cable to test the connection. * In PCS, navigate to EDID Minder, and in the EDID Assignment panel, ensure HDMI Pass-Through is set to 4K @ 60 Hz. * In PCS, go to Input/Output Config. In the Output Configuration panel, set the Format to the appropriate color space for the display.

  If you're experiencing no audio with the Mirror Screen or Mirror Application features, check the following: * Ensure the ShareLink Pro application isn't muted in the PC’s volume mixer. * In the Recording tab of your PC’s Sounds settings, verify that Stereo Mix is enabled and set as the default device. * In the Playback tab, confirm that Speaker is enabled and set as the default device. * In both the Recording and Playback tabs, ensure the ShareLink Pro Audio Driver is enabled. * Download and install the ShareLink Pro 500 software from the Extron website.

  If the audio level decreases while using the Mirror Screen or Mirror Application features, open the Sound settings on your PC and verify the following: * Disable Dolby Digital Audio in your PC's Sounds settings: 1. Select the Playback tab in the Sounds settings window. 2. Right-click Speakers/Headphones and select Properties. 3. Go to the Enhancements tab. 4. Ensure Dolby Digital Audio is disabled. * In the Communications tab, set “When Windows detects communication activity” to Do nothing.
