◦ If yes unplug the power supply and verify the percentage of the battery again. Note: that sometimes the
percentage of the battery, when the power supply is connected is higher than without the power supply
connected.
◦ If the percentage remains the same then either the battery or the system are defective and have to come
back to eZono or to the distributor for repair. Please contact service@ezono.com.
Failing a successful field fix, it will be necessary to return the system to the ESC for inspection
Initiate RMA process described in reference document [2] by submitting a completed RMA form [3] to
eZono.
