8. Maintenance and Checking
8-1-7. Operation state monitor
This function monitors the operating state of the oil concentration detector (Standby, Auto running, Washing, and Error) and displays its
information to avoid problems. (On Page 4, display items are different in "Standby" and "Running.")
Record the operation state monitor data on screen. We may require it when repairing any oil concentration detector operation error or
trouble that occurs (if requested by the customer).
Select a screen you want by operating "" or "." When you press "Esc," "Standby" or "Running" is displayed back.

Upper row left: Status of the pressure switch
XXX=OFF : No pressure applied
XXX=ON : Pressure applied
Upper row light: Status of equipment.
Lower row: Output current value of RECout

Upper row: Status of the sample water valve; XXX OFF: Closed; XXX ON: Open
Lower row: Status of the freshwater valve; XXX
OFF: Closed; XXX ON: Open

1, 2, 3 and 4 Level values for each sensor; Temp Sensor temperature
each sensor level and temperature value are checked while FOCAS-2000 is
measuring oil content in sample water or fresh water

In the Automatic operation state, the Alarm1 and Alarm2 operation tests are enabled when the oil concentrations are less than
the oil alarm points.
