PIZZA OVENS
(GAS POWERED)
Gas faucet replacement
1-Close the gas supply faucet.
2-Loosen the screws and remove
the side panel (L).
3-Pull out the knob for the faucet
to be replaced.
4-Unscrew all the couplings (T)
from the faucet (U) and replace
it with a new one.
5-Reassemble all parts.
Pilot flame unit part replacement
1-Close the gas supply faucet.
2-Loosen the screws and remove
the side panel (L).
3-Loosen the screws and remove
the front panel.
4-Loosen the pilot flame unit fas-
tening screws (V).
5-Remove the pilot burner (Z) and
replace it with a new one.
6-Loosen the piezoelectric spark
plug ignition (Y) screw (X).
7-Unscrew the thermocouple (K).
8-Disconnect it from the piezoe-
lectric switch to remove the igni-
tion spark plug (Y).
9-Unscrew the gas connection coupling to remove the thermocouple (K).
10-Replace the piezoelectric ignition spark plug (Y) and thermocouple (K) with original
spare parts.
11-Reassemble all parts.
