Both Fisker Automotive and your Fisker
Retailer are dedicated to serving your
automotive needs. Your complete
satisfaction is our first priority. Should you
have a problem or concern, please take the
following steps to ensure the quickest
possible response:
Step 1 - Discuss the situation with a
Retailer manager, such as the service
manager or customer satisfaction manager.
If necessary, ask the Retailer owner or
general manager for assistance. In most
cases, a satisfactory solution can be
reached at this step.
Step 2 - If the Retailer does not address
your concern to your satisfaction, call the

17-digit Vehicle Identification Number
(VIN) found on the vehicle registration

REPORTING SAFETY DEFECTS

If you believe that your vehicle has a defect
which could cause a crash or could cause
injury or death, you should immediately
inform the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA) in addition to
notifying Fisker Automotive.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it
may open an investigation, and if it finds
that a safety defect exists in a group of
vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy
campaign. However, NHTSA cannot
become involved in individual problems
between you, your dealer, or Fisker
Automotive.
