Unable to establish serial communications with the PTU.
• If you are using RS-485:
- Try using a null-modem adapter.
- If you are using a laptop, make sure that it is plugged in. RS-485 will not work if the PTU and host
computer grounds are too far apart.
• If you are using the USB to RS-485 adapter provided by FLIR Systems, Inc:
- Make sure the adapter is powered.
- Try using a null-modem adapter.
