3.2.3 Symbology Level Menu
The Symbology Level Select Menu (Figure 3-11) allows the user to
change the system symbology overlay by selecting between the four
different levels of graphic information displays or “masks”. The pieces of
graphic information which are displayed at all times include, Date and
time, FLIR Logo, El (Elevation) and Az (Azimuth) position indicators,
GPS data, when available. The selectable graphic symbols (Table 3-2)
will only be displayed when the operator has selected (or not selected)
the respective mode or function.

Symbology: FULL – Selectable and non-selectable graphic symbols
are constantly displayed (Figure 3-2).
Symbology: 2 – Selectable graphics are displayed momentarily. In
addition to the constant graphic displays, the non-selectable graphic for
GPS Data and Tracker Mode are constantly displayed. Crosshair in the
center of the display will only be displayed when the Laser Pointer
(optional) has been installed.
Symbology: 3 – Operational mode graphics (LLTV Mode, POS Hold
Mode, Laser Pointer (optional) and Tracker Mode) will be displayed
