3.2.5  Hardware Configuration Menu 
The Hardware configuration Menu (Figure 3-18) is used to identify to the 
SeaFLIR II Imaging System the GPS device installed, configure the 
SeaFLIR II Imaging System to receive the host platform’s National 
Maritime Electronics Association (NMEA) radar inputs for the Radar 
Bearing Mode of operation. 
GPS device Æ  –  Selects menu to identify host platform’s GPS device 
and configure system for correct GPS input. 
RBH device Æ  –  Selects menu to identify host platform’s NMEA device 
and configure the SeaFLIR II Imaging System for the correct radar 
inputs. 
Orientation Æ  –  Used by the user to select gimbal orientation for the 
platform the SeaFLIR II Imaging System is installed on.  Set Ball up for 
surface vessel.  Set Ball down for aircraft.
