Mobile phone compatibility issues
The Bluetooth functionality is implemented in
different ways by the various mobile phone
manufacturers.
Unfortunately, in some mobile phone models,
even with Bluetooth functionality, they may be
compatible only with certain types of devices. If a
problem occurs in the connection between your
mobile phone and the blood glucose monitor, or if
you are uncertain regarding your mobile phone’s
Bluetooth capabilities, please consult your mobile
phone manual or blood glucose monitor manual or
alternatively contact your local customer service for
assistance.
