Instrument information contains e.g. serial number, software versions, IP-address
etc.
If you need to report a problem it is recommended that you include this type of info
when contacting the FOSS representative.

4.3.9 Remote Support
Remote Support is a tool to set up a TeamViewer session to enable a remote support
session with a support engineer. An internet connection is required.
