After remedying the letter jam:
On the Feeder plus • Press down firmly on the roller transport
until it clicks into place.
On the Dynamic Scale • Fold the hood down.
On the franking machine • Slide the drawer in to the stop. Make sure
that the drawer latches correctly on both
sides.
• Confirm error message(s).
• Insert the letter stack once more.
