9 Troubleshooting
CompoSeal Universal Check the sealing head for proper seating
Clean the sealing head.
Check the fuses and the power cable.
Sparking An alarm is sounded, spark LED is illuminated.
Sparking may occur if the tubing to be sealed is humid or if sealing is
interrupted by a sealing error.
Re-seal the tubing.
Sealing time exceeded An alarm is sounded, the time limit LED is illuminated.
The sealing time has been exceeded.
Re-seal the tubing

For all other problems, except for the causes described below, or in the
event of repeated problems, contact your nearest authorized
Composeal Service to ensure fast and proper diagnostics and
correction of the problem.
