U Thread the torque support through
the slot in the drive and tighten the
burn back flap to the casing
U Once the drive has been unlocked
the flap should fully close and the
drive should be pre-tensioned < 5°

documentation for how to unlock the
drive
U Fit the gravity shaft nozzle with seal
to the burn back flap
The handles on the flange must
be sanded.
It is important to ensure that the
assembly is tension-free when
attaching the top of the gravity
shaft.
3.3.3 Installing the induced draught fan
U Fit induced draught fan to the back of
the boiler
U Fit the 2 left and right sickle rings of
the induced draught fan to the back
insulation plate
