U Dismantle the flange by undoing the screws
U Turn the flange plate and the insulating plate 180°
U Reassemble the flange
Assembly work on boiler
U Fit the geared motor and seal to the
flange as illustrated using the
hexagonal screws provided
Do not tighten the screws yet
U Thread the ash screw through the
gears
Ensure that the ash screw is
threaded into the gear key-way.
