3.3.4 Installing the WOS Drive
U Install the WOS motor on the
mounting bracket with 4 lock washers
and M4x8 cheese-head bolts
U Attach WOS disc to motor and secure
using threaded pin
U Position entire unit on boiler at
specified holes and secure
U Hang the pre-tensioning spring at the
mount and WOS lever
U Attach cable of WOS motor to WOS
mounting bracket using cable ties
(= strain relief)
U Attach WOS and screw to WOS
mounting bracket at top and bottom
U Thread cable through recess in cover
