Downslope:
The downslope is dependent upon the welding amperage that has been selected, and
cannot be adjusted.
- Downslope where minimum welding amperage has been selected
(10 A): 1 second
- Downslope where max. welding amperage has been selected
(150A): 2 seconds
Example: Where an average (i.e. medium) welding amperage of 70 A has been selec-
ted, the downslope will be 1.5 seconds long.
Gas post-flow time:
The gas post-flow time is dependent upon the welding amperage that has been selec-
ted, and cannot be adjusted.
- Gas post-flow time where minimum welding amperage has been selected (10 A):
3 seconds
- Gas post-flow time where maximum welding amperage has been selected (150A):
12 seconds
Example: Where an average (i.e. medium) welding amperage of 70 A has been selec-
ted, the gas post-flow time will be 7.5 seconds long.
