(1) Perform zero calibration. For the calibration procedures, refer to “Item 6.8.1 Zero calibra-
tion.”
(2) Then, perform span calibration. For the calibration procedures, refer to “Item 6.8.2 Span cali-
bration.”
(3) Zero/span calibration should be carried out once a week, as required.
(1) Sampling gas ow and purge gas ow are as follows:

(2) Check and maintenance should be carried out every day, as required.
