3 Enter the password, and select [Confirm].
4 Select the document you want to print or delete.
Note • If you send a document from the computer to
the printer with a document name containing a
font that the printer does not support, the name
of the document will not display correctly in the
control panel.
• Select [Refresh] to update the screen.
5 Select any items as necessary.
Select/
Deselect All
Select this button to select all documents highlighted. Selecting this button
a second time deselects all documents highlighted.
Delete
Select this button to delete [Secure Print] documents.
Note • Deleting all documents with a specific user ID deletes that user ID too.
OK Select this button to delete a doc-
ument.
Important • A deleted document can-
not be recovered.
Cancel Select this button to cancel the
deletion of the document.
Print Start
Select this button to print a [Secure Print] document. Select how to process
the document after printing.
Note • If you set [System Settings] > [System Settings] > [Stored Document
Settings] > [Show Print Confirmation] to [No], the Secure Print screen
does not display.
・Even if you select [Print and Save], selecting [Delete Secure Print
Docs.] from [System Settings] > [System Settings] > [Stored Document
Settings] automatically deletes the Secure Print document on the
machine.
