Stopping the Copy Job
This section describes the procedure for stopping the copy job.
1 Press the <Stop> button on the control panel
while the document is being scanned or output.
The machine stops scanning. When the machine
is feeding a document, it will suspend operation
after ejecting the document completely.
2 If an document jam occurs, follow the instruc-
tions on the touch screen.
3 When the [Copy - Stop] screen appears, select
[OK].
All scanned document images are deleted, and
the copy job is canceled.
Note • Selecting [Cancel] allows the machine to con-
tinue the copy job.
