► Enter the PUK.
When the following appears:
• ACCESS DENIED = You have entered an invalid PUK. After six failed attempts,
the SmartCard will be blocked and can no longer be used.
► Enter the new PUK as follows.

Confirm new PUK:
A number with 4 to 8 digits is acceptable for the new PU K. For security
reasons, we recommend that you change the PUK for every SmartCard,
and use an 8-digit number each time.
► R e-ente r the new PUK to con firm.
When the following appears:
• PIN/PUK do not match = You have confirmed the P UK incorrectly. Yo u will then
be requested to re-enter and reconfirm the new PUK.

► If you do not want to initialise any further SmartCards, press
Esc
and remove th e Admin
SmartCard. NEVER write the PIN or PUK on the SmartCard under an y circumstances!
Keep the Sma rtCard and PIN/PUK in a safe place and protect
them from unauthorised access.
