You can also charge a connected USB device or operate devices without an
additional power supply at this USB port.
This is also possible with the noteb ook switched off, if the USB Type-C Power Delivery
on System Off function is ac tiv a ted in the Advanced - Miscellaneous Configurations menu
of the BIOS Setup Utility. Calling up and using the BI OS Setup Utility is described
in section "
Settings in BIOS Setup Utility", P age 7 6.
The notebook can be supplied with power via this USB port using the U SB Type-C
port replicator which is available as an accessory.
USB devices are hot-pluggable. This means you can connect and disconnect the
cables of U SB devices while the operating system is running.
