Technician features
This is the technician screen for the SPCe.
▪ High Resolution Mode: This mode can be enabled or disabled. Disabled is
the default. When enabled, the pressure value coecient, also called
signicant, has additional digit, i.e. 1.57e

▪ Fan Mode: This mode can be set to on or auto. When set to on, the fan is
always on when HV is on. When set to auto, the fan is on when in pump
starting mode and not in pump running mode.

Events
During operation, the SPCe records various vacuum events that occur (short
circuit, excessive arcing, etc). These event are recorded and viewable. The
event description, time, voltage, current, and pressure are recorded.
