The Novagard Active range of external sounders offers complete compatibility with the
Gardtec 872 control panel. As you would expect a variety of formats and sounder out-
puts are available that may be wired in standard format to all makes of control panels
or in a serial format to the Gardtec 872 control panel. When wired in serial format the
Novagard Active offers the following features.
Serial Connection (4 wire) to Gardtec 872 control panel.
Up to eight addressable Novagard Active bell boxes per system.
May be programmed on-site or from a remote location via Gardtec
Remote Upload / Download software.
Complete Bell Box Diagnostics via Gardtec Remote including:-
Bell Hold Off Voltage.
Battery Volts On & Off Charge.
Battery Charge Current.
Quiescent Current.
Tamper(s) Status.
Sounder Current Measurement.
Strobe Current Measurement.
Engineer Bell Test Mode.
Programmable Sounders patterns for Alarm,PA and Tampers.
SAB / SCB option.
Programmable LED Patterns.
