Passwords
Your computer does not accept your password
• Windows passwords are case-sensitive. Make
sure that CAPS LOCK is turned off, then retype the
password.
Expansion cards
The computer does not recognize an expansion card
• Restart your computer.
• Make sure that you have installed the required
software. For more information, see your
expansion card’s documentation.
• Remove the card from your computer’s
expansion slot, then reinstall the card.
