latency are allowed to be changed by the user.
Although the parameters of internal PTP clocks are configurable, it is not recommendable to change their values. At the Ports
Configuration link, inside the Clock instance configuration, it is possible to set which delay mechanism will be used in a given
port (p2p or e2e). Except for this selection, there is no need to change others configuration parameters to PTP be properly
operated by the switch.
