Before decommissioning, completely isolate the
equipment power supplies (both poles of any dc
supply). The auxiliary supply input may have
capacitors in parallel, which may still be charged. To
avoid electric shock, discharge the capacitors using
the external terminals before decommissioning.
Avoid incineration or disposal to water courses.
Dispose of the equipment in a safe, responsible and
environmentally friendly manner, and if applicable, in
accordance with country-specific regulations.
