o Generate: generate the certification. If allowed, Certificate
Algorithm field will appear. Possible values are as follows.
Certificate Algorithm: select certification type to be used when a certificate
is generated. Possible values are as follows.
o RSA: certificate will be generated using a RSA public-key algorithm;
o DSA: certificate will be generated using a DSA encrypting
algorithm.
The Certificate Status field displays information of the status of the HTTPS actual
certification at the switch. Possible values are as follows.
o Switch secure HTTP certificate is presented: there is a
certification stored in HTTPS database;
o Switch secure HTTP certificate is not presented: there is no
certification stored in HTTPS database;
o Switch secure HTTP certificate is generating…: switch is
generating a certification to be stored in HTTPS database.
After one of the configurations described before is changed, there are two buttons
that allow the user to save or discard the configurations and to refresh the web page.
o Save: save configuration at the Running Config;
o Reset: undo changes made locally at the Running Config.
Access Management:
The Access Management menu allows the user to manage the access table of
Reason Switches. By default it is disabled, and then any user from any IP or
supported protocol can access the equipment. If enabled, this menu allows
controlling the VLAN, IP range and protocol. The maximum number of filters to apply
at Access Management is 16. Possible configurations are as follows.
o Enabled: enable the access management usage as filter to access
equipment interfaces;
o Disabled: disable the access management usage as filter to access
equipment interfaces.
