5.4 Edit a Phonebook Entry
Using a handset:
In idle:
1. Press MENU/OK to select PHONEBOOK main menu item and then press
to access the phonebook list.
2. Press / to select the desired phonebook entry.
3. Press and / to select EDIT.
4. Press and the current contents of the selected phonebook entry displays.
5. Edit the name with the key and press .
6. Edit the number with the key and press .
7. Press / to select your desired ringtone.
8. Press to confirm the setting.
Using the base:
In idle:
1. Press MENU/OK to select PHONEBOOK main menu item
2. Press MENU/OK and / to select EDIT.
3. Press MENU/OK and the display will show the first phonebook entry in
alphabetical order.
4. Scroll / until you see the contact you want to edit and then press MENU/OK.
5. Edit the name with the key INT/MUTE/CLEAR and press MENU/OK.
6. Edit the number with the key INT/MUTE/CLEAR and press MENU/OK
.
7. Press / to select your desired ringtone.
8. Press MENU/OK to confirm the setting.
