8.1.4 Set the Date
1. Press MENU/OK and / to select DATE & TIME.
2. Press and / to select SET DATE.
3. Press and enter the date information. The date entered will be in the format
you set in section 8.1.2.
4. Press to confirm.
NOTE:
If date has been set before, the current date will display, otherwise, “DD--MM--YY”
will be displayed.
Using the base:
The format for the date is YYYY-MM-DD, and the time is HH:MM in either 12-hour or
24-hour format.
1. Press MENU/OK and / to select DATE & TIME.
2. Press MENU/OK to show TIME FORMAT. Select this if you want to change
between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Otherwise, press / to show SET
CLOCK.
3. Press MENU/OK to confirm and the 4-digit year is displayed. Last two digits of
the year will flash to ask for year input.
4. Press / to set the year.
5. Press MENU/OK and the month field will flash to ask for month input.
6. Press / to set the month.
7. Press MENU/OK and the date field will flash to ask for date input.
8. Press / to set the date.
9. Press MENU/OK to and the hour field will flash to ask for hour input.
10. Press / to set the hour.
11. Press MENU/OK and the minutes field will flash to ask for minutes input.
12. Press / to set the minutes.
13. Press MENU/OK to confirm and you will hear a beep with the display back to
previous menu.
