aqueous runs

Open the waste solvent container valve

Condenser fails to drain
Possible failure of condenser drain
pump or blockage of drain pump filter.
Contact Genevac Service for
assistance.
Samples not dry on lower
rotor levels only
Lamp layers disabled
Go to OPTIONS menu and enable
lamp layers
Condensation inside

Chamber walls are too cold.

Set chamber temperature control to
pre-heat chamber (specify
temperature)

Go to Run Edit screen and select the
Dri-Pure option from the Pressure

Pump runs in standby
Pump purge before power-
down – HCl systems only
No fault, this is normal. Wait 45
minutes for pump to purge before
powering down system
