Telephone numbers

Define telephone numbers for messaging (both
SMS and Audio). Tel. number 1 is an Administra-
tor's telephone number. On top of standard
messages set, Administrator will receive a low
Pre-paid balance notification, and fail to arm
notification. Tel. number 9 is Installer's number.
