4.14 Replacing a lost or defective system card

Application

If one of the plus/minus cards becomes lost or defective, a new set of plus/minus cards can be congured

quite easily. Both or just one of the cards can be new. The cards previously congured on the device can

then no longer be used on that device. All previously congured identication media still remain author-

ised.

Description

By presenting the system card (*), the new plus/minus cards can be congured.

Present the new card(s) required.

Conrm the new plus/minus card(s) using the system card.
