LEAK TEST MODE
This mode is for the technician to investigate odour or leak complaints
and to pinpoint the leak.
Note: The instrument pump must be switched ON to measure
in Leak Test mode.
4.1 LEAK TEST RANGES
Leak Test mode will have the following ranges available for normal
operation:
• 0 – 2000 ppm Methane (CH
4
) Flammable with following
options:
(to display as LEL with 0.1% resolution up to 9.9%).
(to display without numerical indication).
(to display zero until gas reading exceeds 100 ppm).
• 0 – 100% LEL Methane (CH
4
) Flammable with option:
(to display as gas in air).
• 0 – 100% VOL Methane (CH
4
) Flammable.
• 0 – 2000 ppm Carbon Monoxide (CO) if tted.
4.2 LEAK TEST FEATURES
Leak Test mode will have the following features available:
• Audible / Visual PPM Ticker (Geiger) Indication
• Audible / Visual Gas Alarms
• Backlight
• Flashlight
• Pump - can be toggled ON / OFF and will stop if ow fault
is detected
• Max Display
• Autoranging from ppm-LEL-Gas
• Manual Range selection between Flam and Flam plus CO
(Dual Display)
• Threshold adjustment
• Display Invert
• Automatic datalogging
