Failure
The hardware is
abnormal.

Fail
1. The output
power of the PV
string is too low.
2. The control
circuit is
abnormal.
Disconnect the AC output switch and DC input
switch, then connect them 5 minutes later.
Contact the dealer or the after-sales service if the
problem persists.

Voltage
Excess PV modules
are connected in
the series, and the
open-circuit voltage
is higher than the
operating voltage.
1. Check whether the PV string input voltage
consistent with the value displayed on the
LCD.
2. Check whether the PV string voltage meets the
maximum input voltage requirements.

Low
Sun light is weak
or changing
abnormally.
1. If the problem occurs occasionally, the reason
might be abnormal sun light. The inverter
will recover automatically without manual
intervention.
2. If the problem occurs frequently, contact the
dealer or the after-sales service.
