If

Check leads from bridge

circuit board (118) and bridge (308) for
damage or loose terminals.

Check for loose motor brush lead connec

tions and terminals. See page 33.

Checkbrush length which should be

mm
minimum. See page 33.
NOTE:
The brushes do not wear at the
same rate on both sides
of
the motor.
Check both brushes.
5.
Check for brocen or misaligned motor
brushsprings.Rolledportionofspringmust
reslsquarrelyontopofbrush.Seepage33.

Check motor brushes for binding in brush
holders. See page 33.

leads. Be sure male terminal blades are
straight and firmly connected to mating
