Guide rail:
x Swivel up the endpiece clamp
x Loosen the clamp and remove the food product
x Move the guide rail towards you and swivel it up until
it is upright
x Pull out the guide rail towards you
Fold off the carriage:
x The limit stop must be completely closed.
x Move the last slice clamp away from the blade and
remove the star grip.
x Grasp the carriage by the handle and tilt out carefully.
