5.3. Lubricating
Use only the GRAEF special lubricating oil with H1 certification that is included in
delivery.
Chain frame:
x 2-3 drops in each of the 8 tensioning roller bearings
x Lubricating interval:
at least once a week
Linear guide rod:
x Drip some lubricant onto the surface of the rod and rub
in with a cotton cloth.
x Lubricating interval:
as required, whenever the last slice clamp is difficult to
move
Spindle nut:
x Swing out the carriage
x One drop per gear
x Use the return lever to move the nut away from the
spindle and apply the lubricant with the tip of the bottle
x Lubricating interval:
When required, but at least once a week
Tray gear rack:
x Apply some lubricant onto the surface of the rack and
rub in with a cotton cloth
x Lubricating interval:
At least once a week
