x Select the placing programme and specify the
number of slices with the PLUS-MINUS buttons
+/- if necessary.
x Use the “S“ button to select the carriage stroke
speed and adjust it using the PLUS-MINUS
buttons +/- if necessary.
x Press the yellow Start button.
x The slicing process begins.
x If necessary, you can adjust the stroke speed
directly during operation using the PLUS-MINUS
buttons +/-.
x If you press the yellow button again, the
programme will be terminated. The carriage
returns to the starting position. Press the button
again to continue the programme.
3.2.3. Semi-automatic Function (Option)
Model VA 802 has the additional option of moving the carriage manually.
This semi-automatic mode is especially suitable if a small number of slices of different
food types are to be sliced directly for the customer.
x Press the off button to switch off the machine.
x Turn the T-handle to a horizontal position.
